Mr. Baker has been CEO and Director since August 2025. Mr. Baker has served as Bold Eagle’s CEO since June 2024 and Director since March 2021, and was previously CFO and President from March 2021 through June 2024. He is a Partner at Eagle Equity Partners and has held senior roles across several of Eagle Equity’s prior SPACs. Mr. Baker also co-managed special opportunity and credit funds with Fortress Investment Group and Beach Point Capital. He holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from UC Hastings Law School.

Mr. O’Connor has been CFO since August 2025. Mr. O’Connor has also been CFO of Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp. since June 2024. He joined Eagle Equity Partners in February 2021 and previously served as VP of Finance at Screaming Eagle from November 2021 through May 2024. Prior to Eagle Equity, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Mr. O’Connor holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sloan has been Co-Chairman since August 2025. Mr. Sloan has also been Co-Chairman of Bold Eagle since June 2024, previously serving as Chairman and CEO from March 2021. He is a co-founder of Eagle Equity Partners and has been a principal on all Eagle Equity SPACs. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and founded SBS Broadcasting, S.A., a pan-European broadcasting group. Prior to that, Mr. Sloan was co-chairman of New World Entertainment Ltd., an independent motion picture and television production company. Mr. Sloan serves as Lead Director and Vice Chairman of DraftKings and as Director of Ginkgo Bioworks, Lionsgate Studios, and Starz. He also serves on the UCLA Anderson School of Management Board of Visitors and the Executive Board of UCLA Theatre, Film and Television. Mr. Sloan holds a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Mr. Sagansky has been Co-Chairman since August 2025. Mr. Sagansky has also been Co-Chairman of Bold Eagle since June 2024. He is a co-founder of Eagle Equity Partners alongside Mr. Sloan and has been a principal on all Eagle Equity SPACs. He previously served as CEO and then vice chairman of Paxson Communications Corporation. Prior to joining PAX, Mr. Sagansky was Co-President of Sony Pictures Entertainment, President of CBS Entertainment, and President of TriStar Pictures. Mr. Sagansky serves on the boards of WillScot, Omio, and the National Parks Conservancy Association. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Harvard.

Mr. Park has served on the board since January 2026. He is Chief Transformation Officer at DraftKings, having previously served as DraftKings’ CFO. He also serves on the boards of Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp., Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. 2, and Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. Prior to DraftKings, he was an Operating Partner at Bain Capital Private Equity and an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Park holds an M.B.A. from Wharton, and a MAcc and B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

MS

Mr. Shenkman has served on the board since January 2026. He is a seasoned investor and investment banker with significant global experience in technology, media and telecommunications, including AI, digital media and B2B SaaS. He previously served in the military across six continents. Since February 2024, he has served as Managing Director of Centricus, a London-based global investment firm. Prior to that he was a Partner at Alanda Capital Management and Managing Director of TAP Advisors. Mr. Shenkman holds a B.S. in Political Science and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and dual MBAs from London Business School and the Australian Graduate School of Management.

PN

Dr. Narang has served on the board since January 2026. She is a Professor in Physical Sciences and in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCLA, and a Visiting Professor of Physics at the Niels Bohr Institute. Since July 2025, she has been a Partner at DCVC, a deep tech venture capital firm. In 2023 she was appointed a U.S. Science Envoy by the Secretary of State and reappointed in 2024 to advocate for quantum science internationally. She is an elected Fellow of the American Physical Society and received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Caltech.

SB

Mr. Bronson has served on the board since January 2026. Since 2000 he has served as Chairman of The Bronson Companies, LLC, a real estate development and strategic advisory firm. He has served as a Director of Starwood Property Trust (NYSE: STWD) since its inception in 2009, including as lead independent director, and is a strategic advisor to Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH). Previously he served as President of New City Development, an affiliate of Mirage Resorts, and as a board member of Mirage Resorts and TRI Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH).

SW

Mr. Watson has served on the board since January 2026. He is a retired Partner of Goldman Sachs, where he spent 23 years in London and New York within Equity Capital Markets. His final role at Goldman Sachs was running Equity Capital Markets in New York. Mr. Watson also serves on the board of Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp. Mr. Watson was educated at the London School of Economics and currently resides in the UK.
